Delivery

Next day delivery is available on fully assembled items. Items that require assembly and finishing may take 7-10 working days to be delivered. Please enquire with our support team in advance should you need specific information regarding the delivery of your order. We provide free delivery on orders over £300 (ex VAT)– if your order is below £300, then there will be a charge of £9.99 (ex VAT) for next day delivery.

Delivery will occur once your items have been processed, produced, tested and packed. We use a trackable courier service to ensure that your items are insured and traceable.

Delivery Cut Offs

Once your product is ready to depart our warehouse, it will be collected by our courier service. Delivery is subject to courier pickup. If the courier has already picked up orders on the day of completion, this order may transfer to the following day for its courier pickup slot.

Order Shipping

All orders, irrelevant of the amount spent, are sent using a secure signed for service with leading couriers. Should no one be available for signature, then the couriers will not leave the packages, due to the insured value of the package. They will return the next working day to try and complete the delivery.

We will provide you with a tracking code for your order but we are unable to give an exact time for delivery, whilst we know this can sometimes be frustrating all of our courier teams stipulate delivery will be completed between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
